FLUX.1 [schnell]
Black Forest Labs' quick open model, made in few steps
FLUX.1 [schnell] is an image model developed by Black Forest Labs. It's a 12-billion-parameter model that generates images from text descriptions. Black Forest Labs says it was trained with a distillation method that lets it produce high-quality images in only 1 to 4 steps, with strong output quality and prompt following. It's released under the Apache 2.0 license.
On Artgen, FLUX.1 [schnell] is available for text-to-image: describe what you want and it creates a new image. Because it needs so few steps, it's handy for trying ideas and exploring a style before you settle on a final prompt. To edit an existing image, choose a model that supports image-to-image.
