A few things to know.
How does a monthly subscription work?
Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. Each successful initial payment or renewal adds the credits listed in your plan to your balance.
When do my credits arrive?
Credits are added after payment is confirmed as successful, for both subscriptions and one-time packs. Pending or unsuccessful payments do not add credits. Payment confirmation can take a little time.
Do credits roll over or expire?
Unused credits accumulate in your account and do not expire. New subscription credits and credit-pack purchases add to the same balance. Cancelling a subscription does not remove your remaining credits.
How many images or videos can I make?
There is no fixed number of generations per plan. Credit costs depend on the model and settings, such as image size or video duration. Check the credit cost in the creation tool before generating. All available models can be used with a sufficient credit balance.
Is cancelling the same as getting a refund?
No. Cancellation stops future subscription renewals; it does not automatically refund past payments. Contact support about cancellation or a refund request. Refunds are reviewed under the applicable refund policy, and an approved refund removes the credits associated with the refunded purchase.
